McGAHEYSVILLE - Standing erect and in full uniform, McGaheysville firefighter Brandon Dryer on Saturday tolled out a memorial tribute for his friend Roy Dale Smith III.
Smith, a volunteer firefighter, died in a car crash in November while responding to an emergency call.
