Water Board Still Pushing For Lower Nutrient Levels

HARRISONBURG - The state Water Control Board wants Merck's Stonewall Plant to come up with different ways of reaching compliance with 2011 environmental standards rather than raising the limit of nutrients it can discharge into the Shenandoah River.
