HARRISONBURG - The Shenandoah Valley is bucking the foreclosure crisis, experts say.
"This area has not seen the foreclosures that many other areas of the country are seeing," said Donald Earman, branch manager of CTX Mortgage. "That is because this is a very [fiscally] conservative area."
